Tried a new fish and fish recipe, it is a Golden Trout, pink flesh and a
glorious look to them, salt, pepper, butter and sliced onions. I
Whipped up some pearl couscous. I like to cook that with broth to infuse
flavor, sprinkled some special seasoning I make at home. Cooked it in a fry pan whole on medium high for 7-8 minutes on high.
