Gluten

I have been wondering and wondering what has been my problem (Not enough blog time for this) but in terms of food...and being healthy I have not been able to nail down exactly what has happened to my body over the last few years. I have always loved all kinds of food, especially bread, noodles and anything with the scrumptious thing called gluten. The delicious additive called gluten.....

Noun
A substance present in cereal grains, esp. wheat, that is responsible for the elastic texture of dough.

This contributes to the fluffy, lovely texture to all things bread, pasta, cereal, beer, and good god....cookies. So I will be posting more recipes, without gluten, many people don't even know this is an issue until like me, went some time with out it. I went almost 3 weeks with no bread...noodles....or beans...had bread one day and BAM!! I had a rash, was tired and I won't get into what was going on in my stomach. Stay tuned.. Gluten free coming your way....first up... my fav, fried chicken!!
